Aridex is opening its doors to passionate students and fresh graduates to join our remote UAV design and engineering consultancy team. We offer hands-on experience in exchange for your dedication.
You will be the core of our aerodynamic design process, focusing on conceptual sizing and flight dynamics for civilian UAVs. Success in this role means creating accurate mathematical models and simulations that prove the aircraft's stability and efficiency before any 3D modeling begins.
Responsibilities
Build and run flight dynamic simulations using MATLAB and Simulink.
Perform constraint analysis and create matching plots for optimal engine and wing sizing.
Calculate stall speeds, payload delivery mechanics, and overall aerodynamic stability.
Qualifications and Skills
Strong background in Aeronautical Engineering and flight mechanics.
High proficiency or a strong, self-driven desire to master MATLAB and Simulink.
SolidWorks experience is not required; focus is strictly on analytical aerodynamics.
