Role Overview Alrabwa is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to establish and manage the company's Human Resources function from the ground up. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, manpower planning, recruitment processes, organizational structures, internal policies, and employee management systems This role requires a hands-on HR professional capable of building structured HR operations, ensuring compliance with Jordanian labor regulations, and implementing HR processes through Odoo ERP. The candidate will also support administrative activities and contribute to the factory's operational readiness Key Responsibilities Develop the company's HR plan, manpower requirements, and recruitment schedule in coordination with management Establish the organizational structure and prepare the organizational chart and job descriptions for all positions Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, CV screening, interviews, selection, and employee onboarding Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and all required HR documentation Establish and manage employee attendance, leave, payroll, and personnel records systems Ensure compliance with Jordanian Labor Law and Social Security regulations Develop and implement employee performance evaluation and training systems Support administrative activities and ensure HR readiness for factory operations Monitor HR activities and submit regular progress reports to the General Manager Required Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience Proven experience in establishing HR functions and developing HR systems from scratch Strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment is preferred Good knowledge of Jordanian Labor Law and Social Security regulations Experience with Odoo ERP, particularly HR modules, is highly preferred Strong knowledge of manpower planning, organizational structures, HR policies, and employee management Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently, manage multiple HR responsibilities, and report directly to senior management Show more Show less
