Quality Control Supervisor

We're Hiring | QC Raw Materials & Packaging Materials Supervisor Location: Alexandria, Egypt We are seeking an experienced QC Raw Materials & Packaging Materials Supervisor to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising raw and packaging materials quality control activities, ensuring compliance with GMP requirements, approved specifications, and established quality procedures. Key Responsibilities: Supervise raw materials and packaging materials sampling, inspection, testing, and release activities. Ensure proper implementation of approved testing methods, specifications, and sampling procedures. Oversee laboratory testing activities and the proper use of analytical instruments, including HPLC, GC, and other relevant equipment. Review and ensure the accuracy of analytical results, laboratory records, and related documentation. Ensure compliance with GMP requirements and applicable regulatory standards. Coordinate with QA, Warehouse, Procurement, and other relevant departments regarding material quality issues. Participate in supplier quality assessments, investigations, and material rejection processes. Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to enhance laboratory efficiency and reliability. Supervise, guide, and develop QC team members. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Science (Chemistry). 7–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical Quality Control, preferably within pharmaceutical manufacturing. Previous supervisory experience in Raw Materials and/or Packaging Materials QC. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical raw materials and packaging materials testing requirements. Practical knowledge of analytical instruments, including HPLC and GC. Good understanding of GMP requirements, laboratory documentation, and quality procedures.
