What We’re Looking For • Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken. • Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or outbound sales. • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. • Confidence in approaching prospects and speaking with decision-makers. • The ability to handle objections, follow up professionally, and move opportunities forward. • A self-motivated approach and a track record of meeting sales targets. Previous cold-calling or sales experience at companies such as BlackOasis, Wuduh, or similar outbound sales organizations is a strong advantage, but is not required. What You’ll Do • Contact potential clients through outbound calls. • Introduce our products and services clearly and persuasively. • Understand prospects’ needs and identify qualified sales opportunities. • Build relationships and manage follow-ups. • Keep accurate records of calls, prospect details, and next steps. • Consistently work towards agreed sales targets.
