We are looking for B2 English speakers to join our Chat & Email Customer Service team in Maadi, Cairo.
Job Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers via chats and outbound calls.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and service requests.
• Handle mobile service inquiries.
• Handle home services and fixed-line service inquiries.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional customer support.
Requirements:
- B2 English proficiency.
- University Gr@.ds.
