About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Application Senior Supervisor to lead software development projects, supervise technical teams, and drive modern tech solutions including AI/LLM integrations. Key Responsibilities: Lead software development projects from planning through production release. Design and maintain scalable, secure software architecture. Supervise, mentor, and elevate the technical capabilities of the development team. Oversee hands-on AI/LLM integration into core software products. Manage CI/CD pipelines, production deployments, and optimize system performance. Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to map business goals into technical deliverables. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 6+ years of overall software development experience. 3+ years in a leadership, technical lead, or supervisory role. Deep hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, and .NET ecosystem. Strong proficiency with PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server. Solid exposure to modern front-end frameworks (React or Angular). Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integration and modern architectural patterns.
