ABOUT THE JOB:
ON behalf of a major Telecom Company in Egypt, We are looking for Customer Service Agents to join our elite international account based in New Cairo. If you have strong English skills and a passion for solving problems, we want you on our team!
REQUIRMENTS:
English Level: Strong communication skills (B2–C1 level).
Education: Open to Graduates.
Skills: Customer-focused, patient, and equipped with good problem-solving skills.
Availability: Willingness to work rotational shifts (Night shift) - Rotational Days off.
