Casa Vero is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and organized Dishwasher / Kitchen Steward to join the pre-opening team of our new Italian restaurant in Expo Village, Dubai. The successful candidate will play an essential role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation while supporting the efficiency of daily kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities: * Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment. * Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and back-of-house areas. * Ensure proper waste management and disposal. * Adhere to established food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. * Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing kitchen supplies. * Support the culinary team during daily operations. * Participate in pre-opening preparations and maintain cleanliness throughout service. Requirements: * Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred. * Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and sanitation practices. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Physically capable of handling the demands of a busy kitchen. * Reliable, punctual, and committed to teamwork. * Willingness to learn and follow operational procedures.
