Key Responsibilities Lead civil engineering design, planning, technical coordination, and project execution across multiple projects. Develop engineering strategies, manage resources, and ensure project delivery meets schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, technical specifications, and project submissions. Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards, building regulations, safety requirements, and environmental guidelines. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to resolve technical challenges and manage project risks. Monitor project performance, optimise engineering processes, and implement cost-effective technical solutions. Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; a Master's Degree is an advantage. Professional engineering registration or relevant certifications are preferred, subject to local regulatory requirements. Extensive experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, or construction, with a strong track record in project and team leadership. Strong technical knowledge of engineering design, project management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
