Role Description The Appraiser at Marvillia is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. The appraiser will conduct detailed property inspections, gather and verify data on location, condition, and market factors, and prepare accurate valuation reports for exclusive properties. Daily responsibilities include analyzing comparable sales, reviewing relevant market trends, and collaborating with sales and management teams to support pricing and investment decisions. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local regulations, industry standards, and valuation methodologies, as well as communicating findings clearly to internal stakeholders and clients. The appraiser will also help refine internal valuation processes and contribute to maintaining the company’s reputation for precise and trustworthy property assessments. Qualifications Experience in property appraisal, valuation, or related real estate analysis functions. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret market data and comparable property information. Solid knowledge of local real estate markets in Cairo, including regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing clear reports and explaining valuations to non-technical audiences. High attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple appraisals and deadlines. Ability to work on-site, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and interact professionally with clients and partners. Proficiency with relevant appraisal tools, databases, and general office software (e.g., spreadsheets, document management systems). Relevant certification or license in property appraisal or real estate (where applicable), and a degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field is preferred. Show more Show less
