Saudi Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)

Location: Jubail, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia Company: TESCO Engineering Employment Type: Full-Time About the Opportunity: TESCO Engineering is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Engineer Trainees to join our Engineering team in Jubail. This opportunity is designed for fresh engineering graduates who are eager to develop practical technical skills and gain hands-on experience in mechanical engineering, reverse engineering, manufacturing, and mechanical sealing technologies. Key Responsibilities : Assist in dimensional inspection, measurement, and technical evaluation of mechanical components. Support the preparation of 2D engineering drawings, 3D CAD models, and manufacturing documentation. Participate in reverse engineering activities under the guidance of experienced engineers. Assist in material identification, component verification, and engineering documentation. Maintain technical drawings, specifications, and engineering records. Support engineering design improvements, equipment reliability initiatives, and component standardization. Participate in failure investigations and root cause analysis activities. Gain practical exposure to research and development, mechanical seal technologies, and industrial manufacturing processes. Qualifications & Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of engineering drawings, mechanical components, and manufacturing processes. Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong willingness to learn, develop technical skills, and work within a team.
