Chef & Food Production Manager

Tabchilli – House of Fermentation | Dubai, UAE Employment: Full-time | 6 days/week Tabchilli is a fast-growing fermented food company looking for a hands-on Culinary & Production Manager to lead our production operations and drive culinary innovation. We’re looking for someone who combines the creativity of a chef with the discipline of an operations leader. Key Responsibilities • Production Leadership: Own daily manufacturing operations, production planning, quality, and efficiency. • Team Management: Lead, train, and develop our production team, establishing clear SOPs and accountability. • Culinary Innovation: Develop new fermented products, kombucha, food menus, and dining concepts. • Cost Management: Optimize recipes, sourcing, yields, labour productivity, and COGS. • Food Safety: Maintain HACCP standards, product consistency, and operational excellence. • Business Development: Support new culinary experiences, workshops, and profitable food concepts. What We’re Looking For • Strong culinary background with food production or kitchen management experience. • Proven ability to lead teams and independently manage operations. • Solid understanding of food costing, inventory, and production planning. • Creative mindset with commercial awareness. • Hands-on, structured, accountable, and solutions-oriented. • Fermentation or food manufacturing experience is a strong advantage.
