This position is designed for graduates interested in building a long-term career in Sales and Business Development, starting with hands-on experience in marketing, market research, and lead generation. Key Responsibilities: * Research potential clients, projects, and business opportunities. * Identify and approach prospective customers. * Support marketing campaigns and lead generation activities. * Build and maintain customer and company databases. * Coordinate meetings and follow up with potential clients. * Gradually participate in sales activities and customer meetings. Requirements: * Fresh graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, BIS, or a related field. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proactive, curious, and willing to learn. * Good research and organizational skills. * Comfortable with phone calls and approaching new people. * No previous experience required.
