Production Sterile Supervisor

**ResourcesOne is Hiring | Production Sterile Supervisor** We are hiring a **Production Sterile Supervisor** for one of our leading pharmaceutical clients. **Location:** 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt ** Responsibilities:** - Supervise daily sterile production operations to ensure efficient execution according to the production plan. - Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines, SOPs, and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements. - Monitor aseptic processing activities and ensure adherence to sterile manufacturing procedures. - Supervise and guide production operators, ensuring proper execution of manufacturing activities. - Review batch manufacturing records and ensure accurate documentation in compliance with Data Integrity requirements. - Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and other departments to resolve production issues and minimize deviations. - Participate in deviation investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation. - Monitor production performance, identify operational issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives. - Ensure compliance with cleanroom behavior, gowning procedures, and contamination control requirements. ** Requirements:** - **5_ 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with relevant experience in sterile production.** - Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of GMP, aseptic processing, and sterile manufacturing operations. - Experience in supervising production teams within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. - Good knowledge of batch documentation, deviations, CAPA, and contamination control practices. - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. ** What We Offer:** - Competitive salary package. - Professional development and career growth opportunities. - The opportunity to work with a leading pharmaceutical organization. - A professional work environment that encourages continuous improvement.
