Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Specialist role based in Cairo, Nasr City. The Business Development Specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing trends, preparing proposals and presentations, and collaborating with the marketing and account management teams to align offerings with client needs. The role also involves managing the sales pipeline, following up on inquiries, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and providing responsive customer service to support client retention and satisfaction. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market data, campaign performance, and sales metrics. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities. Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including identifying prospects, qualifying opportunities, and managing a structured sales pipeline. Candidates should possess Market Research skills to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs. Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and client retention. Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or agency environments is beneficial. Proficiency with CRM software and sales productivity tools is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
