· Professional in using Microsoft Excel.
· Excellent Command of written English language and very good command of spoken English Language.
· Knowledge of Preparing technical and commercial tender submissions, cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs.
· Good user for AutoCAD 2D.
· Tender, cost estimation experience is mandatory additionally site works knowledge.
· Knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, Fire protection, plumping).
· Have some knowledge about Saudi Market or Back-Office is preferred.
· Supplier management, project sourcing management
· Good user for Primavera P6 is a privilege.
