Job Description:
Conducting comprehensive valuations, consolidating investment packages, and preparing investor presentations.
Reviewing all documentation and assuring high quality deliverables.
Presenting investment opportunities to investors and participating in negotiations.
Identifying, developing, and maintaining relationship with clients and the network of investors.
Managing and coaching analysts’ day to day on the job.
Working together with the team leader to reach deal closure and turn prospective leads into long term clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of business administration finance or similar degree.
3-5 years of experience in investment banking or financial advisory.
Strong financial modeling skills.
High analytical, presentation and negotiation skills.
Flexibility to work on regional assignments.
Ability to work under pressure.
