Key Responsibilities Advise on legal matters relating to business operations, initiatives and local/international partnerships. Draft, review and negotiate contracts, MOUs, sponsorship, partnership, donation and grant agreements. Manage legal and corporate records, including licences, registrations, resolutions, powers of attorney and contracts. Advise on employment matters, including contracts, employee relations, disciplinary actions and grievances. Conduct legal due diligence, identify contractual risks and recommend appropriate safeguards. Manage legal notices, claims and disputes, coordinating with external counsel where necessary. Review organisational policies, procedures and governance frameworks for legal compliance. Monitor legislative changes and advise on their operational implications. Track contractual obligations, renewals and document validity. Develop standard legal templates and provide legal guidance to internal teams. Support audits, regulatory enquiries and official legal documentation requests. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in law, Master preferred. 8–10 years of relevant legal experience, covering contracts, governance, employment matters and corporate documentation. Strong knowledge of the local legal and regulatory environment. Demonstrated knowledge of and practical experience with local Federal Government Human Resources legislation and Dubai Government Human Resources legislation, including their implementing regulations and amendments.
