Role Description We are hiring a Junior QA Tester (0–2 years) in Doha. You will be the last check before anything reaches our customers: You will test our mobile app, web dashboards, APIs and AI chatbot, and make sure bugs are caught before users find them. Our product is chat-based: customers talk to our AI chatbot to get tasks done, so testing conversations is a big part of this role. You will work closely with our operations, customer support and development teams, so you always know what users are really facing. This role is for people who are curious, detail-obsessed and love breaking things. How you work • You own quality: if a bug reaches a customer, you want to know why • You're detail-obsessed and notice what others miss • You think like a user and try the unexpected • You communicate clearly and flag issues early Must have • 0–2 years in software testing or QA (internships and freelance count) • Manual testing of web and mobile apps (iOS and Android) • Writing test cases and clear bug reports • Basic understanding of how apps work: frontend, backend, APIs and databases • Postman or a similar tool for API testing • Browser DevTools (console, network tab) to dig into issues Nice to have • Test automation basics • Understanding about Relational Databases and writing SQL queris • Understanding of Agentic chatbots and workflows (how LLMs respond, prompts, automated flows), or experience testing them • Startup or small-team experience Work Setup • Location: On-site, Doha, Qatar • Schedule: 6 days a week, 9 hours a day • Type: Full-time • Start: Immediate joiners preferred Show more Show less
