Siebel Architect

Role purpose Owns the architecture and design of the Siebel CRM platform and its integrations. Key Responsibilities Lead solution design for CRM, customer care, and customer experience capabilities, using Siebel where applicable. Gather and analyze business requirements, customer journeys, and operational needs. Translate requirements into functional and technical solution designs. Define CRM process flows, customer data structures, business rules, and interaction models. Design integration between CRM and billing, order management, digital channels, and other enterprise systems. Establish reusable design patterns, standards, and non-functional requirements. Assess solution options and document architecture decisions, assumptions, and dependencies. Review developer deliverables and ensure alignment with approved designs. Support SIT, UAT, defect analysis, cutover planning, and production readiness. Provide design guidance, resolve complex issues, and maintain solution documentation. Required Technical Skills & Tools Extensive Siebel CRM experience (Siebel IP 2017+ / Open UI), telecom vertical preferred Siebel EAI, Workflow, eScript and Configurator Integration patterns (OSB, web services, REST) Oracle Database and SQL Telecom order-to-cash processes Show more Show less
