About Moona
Moona Executive is an Executive Identity House. We shape how founders, CEOs, and senior leaders are perceived not through louder visibility, but through calm, deliberate positioning that makes them memorable for the right reasons.
We craft executive narratives, visual identity, tone, and communication style into a lasting presence. Our philosophy, Refined Presence, is about influence that is felt rather than announced. We operate as a quiet workshop for identity, not a content factory.
The Role
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build, not just maintain.
You'll contribute to Moona's growth and to serving its clients alike: reaching the right clients, managing their accounts, and shaping the content that reflects their presence. Because we're an early-stage team, the work is broad and the impact is direct you'll have a real hand in how the company develops.
What you'll do
Identify and reach prospective clients—founders and senior leaders—and guide early conversations with care and discretion
Manage client accounts from first contact through to delivery, keeping projects clear and on track
Craft content for our clients—copy, positioning, and tone of voice—that reflects their executive identity and refined presence
Build and run Moona's own marketing: content, digital presence, and outreach that reflect the brand's understated, premium voice
Support positioning and awareness campaigns that grow reach without compromising the brand's quiet, intentional tone
Contribute to building the company—processes, materials, and ideas that help Moona scale thoughtfully.
What you'll bring
Experience in sales, marketing, account management, or client services
Strong written and verbal communication in Arabic and English
A feel for premium, understated brand language—you understand that restraint signals quality
The ability to craft thoughtful content that reflects each client's identity
Comfort working independently in a small, high-trust team
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
An interest in personal branding or executive positioning is a strong plus
