If design is your strength, creativity is your passion, and your portfolio speaks for itself, we want to hear from you. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE ROLE You will contribute to the design and development of landscape projects across residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments, taking ideas from Concept Design and Master Planning through Design Development and Detailed Design. We are particularly interested in professionals who can lead with design thinking, develop innovative solutions, and create outdoor environments that successfully balance aesthetics, functionality, and project requirements. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop innovative landscape concepts and distinctive design solutions aligned with each project's vision. • Prepare master plans, landscape layouts, and detailed landscape designs. • Design plazas, gardens, pedestrian areas, walkways, and outdoor spaces. • Develop integrated Hardscape, Softscape, Water Features, Outdoor Furniture, and Lighting Concepts. • Select appropriate materials, finishes, planting elements, and outdoor features. • Prepare high-quality design presentations, concept boards, and visualizations. • Develop detailed landscape drawings and technical design documentation. • Prepare planting schedules, material schedules, and quantity information as required. • Contribute to landscape technical specifications. • Coordinate landscape designs with architectural, urban design, MEP, structural, and other relevant disciplines. • Ensure design solutions meet project requirements, applicable standards, and design guidelines. • Monitor design progress and contribute to delivering projects within the required timelines. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Urban Design/Planning, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of proven professional experience in Landscape Design. • Strong experience in Concept Design, Master Planning, Design Development, and Detailed Landscape Design. • Demonstrated experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, and/or mixed-use developments. • Excellent understanding of Hardscape and Softscape design principles. • Strong knowledge of landscape materials, planting, outdoor elements, and finishes. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ TECHNICAL & CREATIVE SKILLS • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5 Render, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office. • Experience with AI-powered design and visualization tools is highly valued. • Exceptional design thinking, creativity, and visual communication skills. • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate design concepts effectively. • Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics. • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. • Very good command of English. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for designers, not simply drafters.
