About the Role We are looking for motivated and confident telesales representatives to join our team. You will communicate with potential clients through calls and chats, present our services, and convert prospects into paying customers. Qualifications: * Relevant qualifications include prior telesales or call center experience, familiarity with CRM tools, and basic knowledge of e-commerce or dropshipping. * Handle inbound and outbound sales calls. * Communicate with clients through sales funnels. * Present and explain our services and educational programs. * Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. * Handle objections, negotiate, and close sales. * Follow up with potential clients. * Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. Requirements * 6 months to 2 years of experience. * Excellent communication and persuasion skills. * Fast typing speed and good computer skills. * Ability to manage multiple chat conversations. * Strong negotiation and closing skills. * Target-oriented and eager to learn. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic is an advantage, along with a high school diploma or higher education in business, marketing, or a related field.
