Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on sales to drive business growth, present our solutions, and convert leads into long-term clients. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities • Present and demonstrate PAL4IT’s software solutions to prospects • Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients • Follow up with leads and manage the full sales cycle • Support basic marketing activities when needed (content, ideas, feedback from the market) Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field • Proven experience in sales (preferably in software or technology solutions) • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills • Target-driven and results-oriented mindset • Ability to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions • Basic technical background or knowledge of software systems • Previous experience working with or using business software solutions such as ERP and CRM systems is highly preferred. • Ability to understand software functionalities and explain technical solutions to clients clearly and practically. • Familiarity with the Saudi business market and local client requirements is an advantage.
