Process Engineer

Process Engineer Basic Functions: - Carry out process engineering work on the assigned project under the supervision of the Lead Process Engineer on the assigned project. Tasks and Responsibilities: - 15 years’ experience in oil and gas - Experience with offshore wellhead /process platform experience - Knowledge of process engineering design. Understanding process documents as applicable including process descriptions, process data sheets, PFD, P&ID. - Process Simulation using Hysys/Unisim and flare load calculation using Aspen Flarenet. - Become fully familiar with scope of work. Monitor changes to scope and raises change notifications. - Liaise with PMT and other Discipline Engineers on the project as directed by the Lead Engineer. - Responsible for preparation / checking of the following key deliverables, applicable as per the Project scope: - Process simulations / heat and material balance. - Process design basis - Flare Relief and Blowdown calculations. - Piping and instrument diagrams. - Safe charts. - Process safeguarding diagram. - Operating philosophy and operating manual. - Equipment and instrument process datasheets. - Depressurization and flare network study. - Equipment and line sizing calculations.
