Overseas English Customer Service Specialist 🇺🇸 | E-commerce I’m looking for experienced e-commerce customer service professionals to join Atheel CX and support North American customers. This role is ideal for someone who understands cross-border e-commerce, knows how to handle customer inquiries professionally, and can turn customer issues into positive experiences. What you’ll do: • Support North American customers through email, live chat, and ticketing systems. • Handle inquiries related to orders, shipping, product usage, repairs, and replacements. • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. • Deliver a smooth, professional customer experience from start to finish. What we’re looking for: • Experience in cross-border e-commerce customer service — a MUST. • Strong English communication skills, fluency, and clear pronunciation. • Experience with Amazon, Shopify, or eBay is a plus. • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer service platforms is an advantage. • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and employment stability.
