JOB TITLE Front Line Talent Sourcing Specialist (Carrefour) | MAF Global Solutions | Global Solutions Egypt ROLE SUMMARY At Majid Al Futtaim, we are committed to building a talented and diverse workforce. The Talent Sourcing Specialist plays a critical role within the Talent Identification and Intelligence team, driving proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber talent across professional, specialist, and leadership roles. This role delivers advanced sourcing solutions &builds sustainable pipelines. ROLE PROFILE Identify and source high-quality candidates for Front Line roles inside Carrefour using direct search, networking, social media, referrals, and sourcing tools. Lead end-to-end sourcing for professional, specialist, and leadership roles. Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines aligned with workforce and succession plans. Conduct talent mapping to identify competitor talent pools, emerging skills, and market trends. Gather and share talent market, candidate, and competitor insights to support hiring decisions. Partner with Talent Acquisition Business Partners and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements. Utilize SAP SuccessFactors and sourcing tools to manage pipelines, track activity, and maintain accurate data. Contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing processes, tools, and best practices. Role Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Talent Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, or a Call Center environment, Mass hiring . Experience in frontline recruitment within the retail industry is highly preferred.
