We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Officer to support our daily operations and ensure efficient business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities.
Ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Follow up on orders, deliveries, inventory, and operational requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams.
Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Support the implementation of procedures to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
5–7 years of relevant operations experience.
Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business systems.
Position Details:
Location: Amman, Jordan
Salary: JOD 500–600.
