Information Technology Manager

Ahalia Medical Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to lead IT operations, strengthen technology infrastructure, and drive digital transformation across our healthcare facilities in UAE Key Responsibilities Manage IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud systems, and cybersecurity. Oversee hospital information systems (HIS), EMR, and healthcare applications. Lead IT projects, system integrations, vendor management, and technical support operations. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data security, and business continuity standards. Lead and develop the IT team while driving operational efficiency and innovation. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of IT management experience, preferably in hospitals or healthcare organizations. Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and enterprise applications. Experience with HIS/EMR systems, healthcare IT solutions, and digital transformation. Knowledge of UAE healthcare IT regulations and information security standards. ·Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
