Executive Housekeeper to a VIP

Location: Qatar Employment Type: Full-Time Position: Executive Housekeeper / Housekeeper to a VIP. We are seeking a highly professional, well-presented, Fluent in English and experienced Female Executive Housekeeper to provide dedicated housekeeping and hospitality services to a VIP, both at residence and during business and personal travels internationally. This is a high-level hospitality requiring exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation, presentation, discretion, and attention to detail. The successful candidate must be capable of maintaining an immaculate, well-organised, and comfortable living environment wherever the VIP resides or travels. We are looking for someone who understands that this position goes far beyond conventional cleaning duties. The ideal candidate should possess the standards and mindset of a luxury hospitality professional, with the ability to independently manage and maintain an executive's personal living environment to the highest international standards. Key Duties and Responsibilities Accompany the VIP householder during domestic and international travel as required. Take full responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of residences and other accommodation facilities. Ensure that facilities and personal spaces are always maintained to the highest standards. Organise and arrange rooms, clothing, personal belongings, luggage, and travel essentials in a neat and systematic manner. Prepare rooms and accommodation facilities prior to the VIP arrival, ensuring everything is properly arranged and ready for use. Manage packing, unpacking, and preparation of outfits when required. Anticipate personal housekeeping needs and ensure all necessary items and amenities are available. Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, cleanliness, order, and presentation at all times. Coordinate with hotel housekeeping, laundry, and other hospitality services when necessary. Demonstrate outstanding attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to work independently. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, loyalty, professionalism, and respect for personal privacy. Qualifications and Requirements Female candidates only. Preferably candidates from Eastern European countries, including Russia, Croatia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, North Macedonia, and other Eastern European countries. Previous experience in executive housekeeping, private residences, luxury hospitality, or VIP household management is essential. Excellent command of English. Impeccable personal grooming, professional appearance, and excellent personal hygiene. Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
