Role Description The Property Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo. The Property Consultant will advise clients on commercial and residential real estate opportunities, conduct property viewings, and provide clear information on pricing, features, and investment potential. Daily tasks include identifying client needs, preparing and presenting property portfolios, negotiating terms, and supporting clients through the entire transaction process. The role involves maintaining updated knowledge of market trends, collaborating with colleagues to share insights, and ensuring a high standard of customer service and follow-up. The Property Consultant will also contribute to business development activities, including lead generation, networking, and relationship management. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with the ability to analyze market data and provide sound investment advice. Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, understand client needs, and deliver a positive client experience. Candidates should possess effective Sales skills, including negotiation, presentation, and closing capabilities. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in using office productivity tools and CRM systems, and have strong organizational and time-management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred; relevant real estate certifications are an advantage. Previous experience in real estate consulting, brokerage, or property sales in Egypt is highly beneficial.
