Role Description The Resale Fresh & Experience Agent (District 5) is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. The agent will manage property resale listings, guide clients through buying and selling processes, and provide up-to-date market information for District 5 properties. Daily tasks include meeting clients, conducting property viewings, collecting and verifying property details, and maintaining accurate records of listings and client interactions. The role involves negotiating offers, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a professional, supportive experience for all clients. The agent is expected to build a strong network in the area, respond promptly to inquiries, and represent EgyProperty’s values and standards. Qualifications Strong client-facing skills, including clear communication, active listening, and professional customer service. Sales and negotiation capabilities, with the ability to manage offers, close deals, and meet performance targets. Knowledge of real estate practices, property valuation basics, and local market trends, especially within New Cairo and District 5. Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple listings, schedules, and documentation accurately. Comfort with using digital tools and CRM systems for listing management, client tracking, and reporting. Ability to work on-site, conduct property visits, and maintain a professional appearance during client meetings. Prior experience in real estate or sales is an advantage, but motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
