We're Hiring | Customer Operations Executive Company: Belong Location: Maadi, Cairo Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site Experience: 1–2 Years About the Company Belong is a furniture and home-furnishing e-commerce business offering furniture, lighting, rugs, and home accessories through its online platform and showroom in Maadi. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Operations Executive to manage customer interactions, coordinate orders, and ensure a smooth customer experience from order confirmation to delivery and after-sales support. Key Responsibilities: Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media. Manage order confirmations, updates, cancellations, exchanges, and returns. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and delivery partners to ensure timely order fulfillment. Handle customer complaints, delivery delays, product concerns, and installation-related issues. Maintain accurate customer records and order information using CRM and order management systems. Coordinate refunds, warranty requests, and after-sales services. Follow up with customers after delivery and collect feedback. Work closely with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to resolve operational issues. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in customer operations, customer service, or e-commerce order management. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Strong complaint-handling, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Experience using CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, and order-tracking tools. Ability to manage multiple customer cases while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Strong organizational and coordination skills.
