BIM Team Lead

We're Hiring | #Lead_Architect_BIM_Engineer Estithmar Holding one of Qatar's leading holding Companies, is expanding its Egypt branch and is looking for talentedlooking for a Lead BIM Engineer to join our team and lead BIM coordination across large-scale multidisciplinary projects. 🔻Key Responsibilities: •Lead and manage BIM teams to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining compliance with company BIM standards. •Manage multidisciplinary model federation and coordination using Autodesk Navisworks. •Conduct clash detection sessions, issue tracking, and coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders. •Mentor and support BIM Engineers and Senior BIM Coordinators, fostering continuous technical development within the team. •Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to BIM process optimization and digital transformation. •Monitor BIM deliverables and ensure compliance with client requirements and ISO 19650 standards. 🔻Requirements : • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture •Minimum 6 years of BIM experience within the AEC industry. •At least 2 years of experience leading BIM teams. •Proven experience with Autodesk Forma and Autodesk Navisworks. •Strong knowledge of ISO 19650, BIM standards, COBie, AIR, and BIM information management. •Experience with Dynamo for BIM automation. •Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 📍Location: New Cairo , Cairo, Egypt Days Off : Fri & Sat If you meet the above qualifications and are looking for your next career opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
