TA Manager - BPO

We are seeking an experienced Head of Recruitment to oversee high-volume hiring for BPO, contact-centre, and customer service operations in Egypt. Key Responsibilities Lead mass recruitment initiatives to meet business growth and staffing requirements. Manage recruitment teams and ensure timely delivery against hiring targets. Collaborate with operations and business leaders on workforce planning. Track recruitment KPIs, hiring costs, recruiter productivity, and joining ratios. Build effective sourcing channels and manage recruitment agencies and vendors. Improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and hiring efficiency. Requirements Significant recruitment leadership experience in BPO, contact centres, or customer service operations. Proven expertise in mass hiring and leading recruitment teams. Strong understanding of the Egyptian talent market and local hiring practices. Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency preferred. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
