We are working with a local law firm in the hiring of a junior business development professional. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the firm's growth strategy across the Kingdom, working closely with senior leadership on high-impact business development initiatives.
What you'll do:
🔹 Drive strategic BD initiatives to support the firm's growth in Saudi Arabia
🔹 Partner with lawyers and leadership to identify new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships
🔹 Lead pitches, proposals, and RFP responses
🔹 Support branding, positioning, and profile-raising initiatives in the local market through events and marketing
What we're looking for:
✅ Some BD experience within a law firm (ideally around 2 years experience)
✅ Fluency in Arabic and English
✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Compensation: SAR 15k p/m
