We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Engineer to join our team immediately for a 400 kV Overhead Transmission Line (OHL) Project in Kuwait.

Project: 400 kV Overhead Transmission Line
Location: Kuwait
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in similar HV/OHL projects
Joining: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate electrical construction activities for the 400 kV overhead transmission line.
Supervise tower erection and associated electrical installation activities.
Coordinate conductor, earth wire, and OPGW stringing, sagging, tensioning, and installation activities.
Supervise installation of insulators, fittings, clamps, spacers, vibration dampers, and other line hardware.
Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and utility requirements.
Coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
Monitor subcontractor performance, manpower, equipment, materials, and work progress.
Review drawings and technical documents and resolve site technical issues.
Prepare daily and weekly site reports and follow up on RFIs and technical submissions.
Coordinate closely with civil, planning, safety, QA/QC, and client/consultant teams.
Ensure compliance with applicable HV transmission line standards and project requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar high-voltage overhead transmission line projects.
Experience in 400 kV transmission line projects is highly preferred.
Strong practical knowledge of tower erection, conductor stringing, sagging, tensioning, OPGW installation, and transmission line hardware.
Good understanding of HV transmission line construction methods and quality requirements.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and method statements.
Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.
Immediate availability is mandatory.
