We’re Hiring | Senior Sales Manager Darna for Real Estate & Construction (𝗗𝗥𝗖) Darna is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and drive sales performance across our real estate development projects in El Shorouk. Key Responsibilities - Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets. - Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives. - Monitor team performance, pipeline progress, and conversion rates. - Analyze sales results and identify opportunities to improve performance. - Support the team in negotiations and closing deals. - Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts. Requirements - Solid experience in real estate sales, preferably within real estate development. - Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams. - Strong understanding of sales targets, KPIs, and pipeline management. - Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Previous experience in East Cairo or El Shorouk is a Must. 📍 Work Location: Terrace Mall, El Shorouk Show more Show less
