Proven experience in leading sales teams and achieving sales targets. Excellent leadership, planning, coaching, and motivational skills. Ability to develop sales plans and strategies and monitor their implementation. Proficiency in analyzing performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing periodic reports. Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills. Ability to enhance team performance, increase productivity, and improve sales quality. Duties and Responsibilities Manage and supervise the telemarketing sales team. Set sales targets and plans and monitor their achievement. Train and develop the skills of sales employees.
