Director – Business Development & Partnerships We are supporting a confidential search for a commercially driven professional to develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in Saudi Arabia. The role will suit someone who combines strong commercial judgement with the ability to build relationships, negotiate agreements and turn opportunities into measurable results. Key responsibilities Identify and develop opportunities for business expansion and commercial partnerships. Assess market potential, build business cases and recommend priorities. Lead negotiations and coordinate the steps required to deliver successful agreements. Work with internal teams and external partners to progress opportunities through implementation. Build relationships with clients, institutional stakeholders and relevant public-sector organisations. What we’re looking for Around 8–12 years’ relevant experience in business development, commercial strategy, partnerships or investment execution. A demonstrable record of delivering commercial agreements, market expansion or new business. Strong understanding of the Saudi market and experience navigating complex stakeholder environments. Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills. The ability to work independently and take ownership of delivery. Arabic language skills would be advantageous. Relevant backgrounds could include established corporates, investment businesses, infrastructure, industrial services or other commercially complex sectors. Show more Show less
