Founding Engineer / Technical Lead — Full-Stack & Mobile ReActive Health | Qatar-based healthtech startup Equity-based until funding About ReActive Health ReActive Health is developing a digital platform for workplace musculoskeletal health. Our working web MVP includes employee assessments, personalised programmes, clinician approval, exercise tracking and AI coaching. We are seeking a hands-on Founding Engineer to work directly with the Founder and Clinical Lead, strengthen the platform and lead its transition to Android and iOS. Key responsibilities • Own the technical architecture and development roadmap. • Develop secure backend services, APIs and account management. • Build and release Android and iOS applications. • Improve reliability, data protection, testing and deployment. • Translate clinical and product requirements into practical features. • Establish engineering standards and support future team growth. Requirements • Proven experience delivering full-stack products and mobile applications. • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, APIs, relational databases and cloud infrastructure. • Experience with authentication, access controls and application security. • Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions. • Digital-health, AI integration or startup experience is advantageous. Compensation This position is equity-based until funding is secured, with no salary before funding. Equity, vesting and time commitment will be agreed in writing.
