WE’RE HIRING 📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time We are expanding our team and seeking talented, motivated, and detail-oriented professionals to join our firm in the following positions: Legal Consultant Legal Advisor Legal Secretary Key Responsibilities Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda and case-related documents. Draft, review, and organize legal documents, contracts, and agreements. Assist in case preparation, court proceedings, and litigation-related matters. Coordinate with courts, government authorities, clients, and other relevant parties. Maintain accurate legal records and ensure effective document management. Support compliance with applicable UAE laws, regulations, and legal procedures. Provide administrative and secretarial support, including scheduling, correspondence, and file management, as applicable to the position. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Law for legal positions; relevant qualifications and experience for the Legal Secretary position. 2–5 years of relevant experience in a law firm or legal consultancy is preferred for legal positions. Good knowledge of UAE laws and legal procedures. Strong legal drafting, research, communication, and organizational skills. Fluency in Arabic and a strong command of English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively within a team. Must currently reside in the UAE.
