Training and Development Manager (F&B)

We're hiring Training and Development Manager (Food & Beverage sector ) for a group of Restaurants. The company: It is a Saudi-based hospitality and food & beverage company established in 2010. It specializes in developing and operating F&B concepts, managing international franchises, and creating high-quality dining and customer experiences. The company also has a strong focus on events, celebrations, and catering services, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction, service excellence, and business growth. Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (multi-branch travel may be required) Reports to: Brand Development Manager Key Responsibilities Design and deliver on-boarding programs for new hires Develop and maintain SOPs and training manuals for brand standards Roll out training for new menu items and service standards Conduct training needs assessments across branches Coach and evaluate staff performance against brand standards Track training KPIs (completion, performance, retention impact) Manage food safety/HACCP certification tracking for staff Ensure consistent brand execution across all Restaurants locations Key Requirements 3–5+ years' experience in F&B training & development Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills Experience building SOPs and training materials from scratch Bilingual Arabic/English required Working knowledge of restaurant operations (FOH and BOH) Food safety/HACCP certification is a plus Show more Show less
