Role Description Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and potential partners, and promoting the company's construction and fit-out services. The role involves researching market trends, preparing commercial proposals, following up on potential projects and tenders, coordinating with internal departments, and supporting the achievement of the company's business development and sales targets. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Electrical, or Mechanical). 3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Experience in the construction, contracting, or fit-out industry is preferred. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships. Good understanding of market research, client requirements, and commercial proposals. Strong networking and relationship management skills. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Show more Show less
