Establish placement targets, performance indicators, and reporting systems to measure recruitment effectiveness. Monitor labor market trends, hiring demands, and employment data to identify new placement opportunities. Develop partnerships with businesses to expand employer networks and improve placement outcomes. Oversee candidate assessment processes and ensure appropriate matching of skills, qualifications, and job requirements. Manage placement programs, recruitment projects, operational budgets, and departmental resources. Ensure recruitment and placement activities comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Resolve complex placement challenges and improve candidate and employer satisfaction. Collaborate with training providers and career development teams to address skills gaps and improve candidate readiness. Lead, mentor, and develop employment placement teams to achieve operational and business objectives. Prepare placement performance reports, market insights, and strategic recommendations for senior management. ✅ Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field. Extensive experience in recruitment, employment placement, talent acquisition, workforce development, or staffing operations. Proven leadership experience managing recruitment teams, placement programs, or employment services. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate evaluation, and employer relationship management. Ability to analyze labor market trends and identify workforce opportunities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Experience establishing performance targets, managing budgets, and improving operational efficiency. Knowledge of applicable employment regulations and ethical recruitment practices.
