عن أملاك: تُعد أملاك من الشركات الرائدة في التطوير والتسويق العقاري، حيث نقدم حلولاً سكنية واستثمارية مبتكرة تلبي تطلعات العملاء وتواكب تطورات السوق. نركز على بناء مجتمعات متكاملة تعكس أعلى معايير الجودة وتحقق قيمة مضافة للمستثمرين والعملاء، مع تعزيز الاستقرار السكني ودعم الاستثمار العقاري لنكون الشريك الأمثل في رحلة البحث عن بيت العمر أو فرصة استثمارية واعدة. الوصف الوظيفي: نسعى لاستقطاب مهندس كهرباء للانضمام إلى فريق المكتب الفني. سيكون مسؤولاً عن إعداد ومراجعة المخططات التنفيذية للأعمال الكهربائية ونمذجتها باستخدام BIM/Revit، والتنسيق بين التخصصات المختلفة، وتقديم الدعم الفني للموقع في مشاريع المباني السكنية. المسؤوليات الرئيسية: إعداد ومراجعة المخططات التنفيذية (Shop Drawings) للأعمال الكهربائية. حصر الكميات للأعمال الكهربائية. إعداد وتحديث النماذج الكهربائية باستخدام Revit. التنسيق بين المخططات الإنشائية والمعمارية والكهروميكانيكية (MEP). مراجعة المخططات والمواصفات الفنية. تقديم الدعم الفني للموقع وحل التعارضات التنفيذية. المتطلبات: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية. خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في أعمال المكتب الفني لمشاريع المباني السكنية. العمل حالياً في مكتب فني باستخدام BIM/Revit. شهادة في BIM/Revit. إجادة Revit وNavisworks وAutoCAD وDIALux evo وETAP. مهارات تنسيق وتواصل فعّالة مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات. المؤهلات المفضلة: خبرة 7 سنوات أو أكثر. شهادة في Navisworks. خبرة سابقة في شركات التطوير العقاري. ———————————— About Amlak: Amlak is a leading real estate development and marketing company, providing innovative residential and investment solutions that meet clients' aspirations and keep pace with market developments. Job Description: We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our Technical Office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing electrical shop drawings, developing BIM/Revit models, coordinating across disciplines, and providing technical support to site teams on residential building projects. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review electrical shop drawings. Prepare quantity take-offs for electrical works. Develop and update electrical models using Revit. Coordinate structural, architectural, and MEP drawings. Review drawings and technical specifications. Provide technical support to site teams and resolve execution clashes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum of 5 years of technical office experience on residential building projects. Currently working in a technical office using BIM/Revit. BIM/Revit certification. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, DIALux evo, and ETAP. Effective coordination and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams.
