Product Owner

Role Description: Responsible for managing stakeholders and all relevant subject matter experts, Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process & make sure the squad is delivering towards the product vision by overseeing all stages of product creation. Key Responsibilities: -Drive agile way of working within the team and ensure collaboration between design, development and QA. -Make sure the squad is delivering towards the product vision by overseeing all stages of product creation. -Ensure customer input are factored in design and development of the journeys. -Work closely with our BAs to identify the needed changes to achieve an end-to-end digital journey. -Responsible for managing stakeholders and all relevant subject matter experts. -Responsible for setting up detailed analytics and tracking of user behavior and OKRs. -Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process. -Inspire the team innovate and deliver real customer value. Skills & Background: - -Advanced Communication. -Planning and organizing. -Leadership and Team Management. -Advanced Problem Solving. -Negotiation Skills. Qualifications -Bachelor’s degree business or any relevant field. -Minimum 8 Years of Experience, 5 years of experience in banking industry or relevant financial background and complete knowledge of retail products, services, and activities. -Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English languages. -Excellent computer skills.
