Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Techno-Functional Specialist to join our Digital & Technology team in Abu Dhabi. This is a hands-on ERP technology role focused on the implementation, optimization, enhancement and production support of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management applications, with particular depth across Procurement and Inventory. What you will be responsible for Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Procurement and Inventory solutions. Own functional configuration, setups, solution design and fit-gap analysis across SCM modules. Work extensively across Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, Supplier Qualification, Procurement Contracts and Inventory Management. Support Inventory processes including Receiving, Put Away, Sub-Inventory, Cycle Counting, Inventory Transactions, Receipt Accounting and Cost Management. Drive requirements gathering, functional design, data migration, SIT/UAT, cutover, go-live and post-go-live support. Provide hands-on production support, root-cause analysis and resolution of complex Oracle Fusion SCM issues. Design and optimize Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Inventory-to-Costing processes. Manage SCM integrations with Oracle Fusion Finance including AP, GL and Costing, warehouse systems and third-party applications. Work with BPM approval workflows, DOA, FBDI/ADFDI, OTBI, BI Publisher and Oracle Redwood. Support Oracle Fusion integrations through REST/SOAP services and related integration technologies. Partner with Procurement, Stores, Finance and Operations teams to translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions. Manage enhancements and system integrators while ensuring application stability and SLA performance. What we are looking for 10+ years of hands-on Oracle ERP / SCM experience, including implementation, enhancements and production support. Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, particularly Procurement and Inventory. Proven experience delivering end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations, from solution design and configuration through UAT, cutover and go-live. Strong functional knowledge of Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Inventory, P2P and Inventory-to-Costing processes. Experience with BPM workflows, FBDI/ADFDI, OTBI/BI Publisher, data migration and Oracle Fusion integrations. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. Oracle Fusion Procurement certification is preferred; PMP, PRINCE2 or ITIL would be an advantage. Previous UAE experience is required.
