IT Project Manager-Scrum Master

IT Project Manager / Scrum Master is Responsible for managing and coordinating IT development projects while facilitating Agile delivery practices, ensuring development activities are executed efficiently and deliverables are achieved within agreed scope, timeline, quality, and business objectives. Roles & Responsibilities Manage IT development projects throughout the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, resource allocation, and delivery roadmaps. Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Coordinate development teams, technical leads, QA, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution. Monitor sprint progress, project milestones, team capacity, and delivery commitments. Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, blockers, and change requests, ensuring timely resolution and escalation. Support Product Owners in backlog management, prioritization, and sprint objectives. Ensure development deliverables meet business requirements, quality standards, and acceptance criteria. Coordinate testing, defect resolution, release planning, deployment, and production handover activities. Maintain project documentation, sprint records, RAID logs, and delivery reports. Provide regular project and sprint performance updates to stakeholders and management. Promote Agile practices, team collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline. 3+ years of experience in software development project management, IT project delivery, or Agile delivery. Experience managing software development teams and SDLC activities. Knowledge of software development methodologies, Agile frameworks, and IT delivery practices. Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent project management and development tools. Professional Certifications Project Management Professional. Professional Scrum Master. Show more Show less
