Job Purpose: Support the development and optimization of cable products, materials, and manufacturing processes to improve quality, efficiency, and compliance with customer and international standards. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and improve cable products and material specifications to enhance product performance, quality, and compliance. Evaluate new materials, technologies, and suppliers to support innovation, cost optimization, and manufacturing efficiency. Conduct product testing, validation, and feasibility studies to ensure compliance with customer and international standards. Research, develop, and validate innovative manufacturing techniques and process technologies to enhance cable performance, manufacturability, and product quality. Investigate technical issues, product failures, and customer complaints and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with Production, Quality, Sales, and Procurement teams to provide technical expertise on new product development, material selection, product qualification, and customer-specific requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain technical documentation to support operational excellence, knowledge management, and business growth. You're a great fit if you have: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Industrial, Materials, Mechanical, or Polymer Engineering 5-7 years' of experience in development and optimization of cable products, materials, and manufacturing is a must Excellent command of English Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, Project Management certifications are preferable Show more Show less
